Java Social Networking was founded in 2009 by Angela Denby, an entrepreneurial mind with a drive to help small businesses to compete. When social media came onto the scene, it was a matter of time before businesses started to reap the benefits of customer referrals, product reviews, and word of mouth marketing. It was at that time when JSN was born.

With a dedicated team of social media managers, web designers, SEO experts and creative marketing minds, we’ve been successful at building a company we can be proud of. Much of our new business comes from twitter and client referrals, and the majority of our clients stick around for a long time. To us, that says it all.

How we work

Here at JSN, we’re a pretty tight group even though we live across states and time zones. Communication tools like 37 Signals Basecamp for Project Management, Skype Videofor our team meetings, and Google Chat for quick tip trading throughout the day is necessary. Working amidst a virtual team can pose certain obstacles, but we’ve been successful working this way for ourselves and our clients. We share stories, laugh at each other and really enjoy our occasional meet-ups. It gives us an enhanced perspective, working in coffee shops and experiencing different cities. We understand the difference between selling in New York City, Detroit and Small Town USA, because we’ve experienced it. Different areas have different people with different priorities and spending habits.  Our clients benefit from our unique perspectives and our dedication to quality.

It wasn’t long after we started to work on social media accounts that clients would start to ask if we could complete design projects.
