Measuring Success

A successful online social networking campaign is based around building strong communities and creating buzz about your products and services. In many cases, it can be difficult to track ROI (Return on Investment).  JSN understands that our clients need proof that online social networking efforts are having a positive impact on their bottom line.

First, JSN provides our clients with an analysis of their online social networks.  Therefore, JSN provides each of our clients with a pre-campaign analysis of their online social network.

On a montly basis, JSN provides each client with the following reporting information:

Google Analytics

There are a variety of analytics tracking tools available.  By adding some simple code to your current website, we can  track how many visitors are finding their way to your website.  In addition, we can track where they’re coming from, what sites are referring them to you, which of your pages they’re spending their time on, which keywords they typed into their search engine and even what web browser they’re using.  We can set up goals to track how many of your visitors are turning into clients, are filling out your contact form and so on.

Progress Report

Each client’s progress report is based around the goals we set forth when launching their social media campaign.  If you’re a staffing company, you’ll be interested in knowing how many of your visitors are coming from Twitter and how many of those are applying for jobs through your online system. If you’re selling beauty products, you may be more interested in how many of your visitors are making it through the order process.  If we’re primarily managing your blog, then you’ll be interested to know how many visitors are getting into your blog and how many of those are making it into the other pages of your website.  Each client is different, and we only focus on what makes sense for your business.

Competition Analysis

Every company would like to stay ahead of the competition.  Social Media is referred to as “New Marketing” and with that, there’s still much room for experimentation.  We keep an eye on your competition and watch seems to be working as much as what doesn’t seem to be working.  We all learn from each other, and today’s new idea leads to tomorrow’s even better idea.

Recommendations

Finally, we take an objective look at what’s working for your company.  We engage our entire strategy team in conversation weekly about new ideas and new opportunities that arise with the latest technology.  What works for one client may not work for another.  We take demographic, locale and industry all into consideration to create the most lucrative marketing strategy for your company.  Each month, we may alter your strategy slightly until the results we’re providing monthly are case study worthy.  When you look good, we look good.
